Dsleep Smart Mattress Exhibition Promotion Plan

I. Sample Promotion

1.  Pay a USD 200 / CNY 1,400 deposit during the exhibition and settle full payment within 7 days to get 12% discount. Maximum 2 samples per series.

2.  After paying the deposit, connect with sales representatives on social media, post exhibition photos (include booth number, dates, and customer-staff photo) with @mention, and submit screenshot to get 2pcs dual sense memory foam pillows.

II. Bulk Order Promotion (MOQ: 30 units)

1. 8% discount: Pay USD 500 / CNY 3,500 deposit during the exhibition, pay 50% of full payment within 30 days to confirm order;

2. 5% discount: Pay USD 1,000 / CNY 7,000 deposit within 7 days after exhibition, pay 50% of full payment within 30 days to confirm order.

III. Exhibits

A maximum 12% discount will be granted to the first client completing full payment for Exhibits.

IV.  Note

1. All discounts are subject to the official Dsleep Overseas Price List;

2. Promotions valid from September 10 to September 30, 2025;

3. For other special circumstances, temporary approval and execution shall be carried out as appropriate, with a written approval report to be submitted within three days after implementation.

4. Dsleep reserves all final interpretation rights.
